Refunds or exchanges:

If you are not completely satisfied with the products you have purchased for any reason, you can return them within 7 days from receipt of the goods and we will either exchange them or refund your credit/debit card. (Excluding any items from our “Make your Own” section).

We can only accept returns on goods that are in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging. We will refund your credit/debit card once we have received and processed the item. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear on your card. The delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

We recommend that you return all items via registered mail. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Damaged or Faulty:

In the unlikely event that your goods are faulty or damaged during transit, we will be happy to replace the item or refund you in full, including postage, upon return of the damaged item.

We will replace faulty items with the same item or refund your credit/debit card if the item is no longer available.

Please note that our returns policy is only valid for 28 days from receipt by you of goods. We will consider but are not obliged to accept any returns submitted outside these time limits.
